Greene Pediatric Dentistry: Keller Trevor H DDS at 159 Jefferson Heights, Catskill, New York.

My experience with Dr.Keller was not a good one at all. When bringing your child to a PEDIATRIC dentist you would expect them to be comfortable and good with children which he is not. His front end staff is wonderful and check in is great. After that it went down hill. His assistants were all arguing with each other in front of me and my children, very unprofessional. Also he did not once look at me nor my child or introduce him self just sat down and went to work. I was also told by him that he had a mom pass out once because he hit a nerve in one of his patients faces and it swelled up bad, not a good story to tell a mother who is coming for the first time with her children. Also i did not like that we cant be in the room if they needed to put my son out for a procedure and the use a "hug" blanket to keep them still. All in all my mother instinct kicked in right away and new we were not coming back unfortunately.
